The TEA Texas Mathematics Academies Deep Dive Series is a 3-day, in-person professional development experience for Grade 4 educators. This series is designed as a continuation of the K–3 academy content and deepens educators' understanding of research-based, systematic instructional practices to build students’ problem-solving skills and develop a strong foundation in number sense and fluency.
Grade 4 Focus Areas: Whole and rational number addition and subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers, and fraction concepts
Please Note: Stipends will NOT be provided by Region 13. Educators who attend off contract hours are recommended to contact their districts regarding stipends.
