In this 1-hour interactive session, school staff will explore practical strategies to recognize, prevent, and address bullying in the school environment. Participants will learn how to identify the warning signs of bullying, support both the targeted student and the one engaging in bullying behaviors, and foster a positive, inclusive climate that reduces the risk of bullying. The training will highlight the impact of bullying on student mental health and academic success, provide clear intervention techniques, and share best practices for promoting respect and empathy among students. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to strengthen their role in creating a safe and supportive school community.
