CNP: : Meal Appeal University for Managers and Cooks
Broaden your skills to increase meal appeal through hands-on kitchen and classroom courses. This interactive workshop will include classes on food photography, simple garnishing and presentation techniques, knife skills, recipe production, and work simplification techniques. Kitchen-appropriate attire is required, including close-toe, slip-resistant shoes without a heel.
Registration is limited to two participants per district.
