iTCCS Finance Advisory Committee

The iTCCS Finance Advisory Committee will meet throughout the school year to discuss iTCCS changes, updates and processes as well as governing documents and requirements.

All iTCCS finance, operations, purchasing, and accounting personnel are encouraged to attend.

This meeting is designed for business office staff such as Accounts Payable, Accountants, purchasing staff, and Budget office who use the iTCCS system.

Discussions include but are not limited to:

  • New iTCCS programming releases
  • Demonstrations of system features and functions
  • Timely review of system processes
  • Sharing effective district processes/procedures. 

Attendees are always welcome and encouraged to submit specific items for the agenda.

The meeting will be held at the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD Administration Building. 

Lunch will be provided. Please register for an accurate lunch count.
