Facilitating IEP Meetings: Advanced

Facilitating a meeting, especially an IEP meeting, requires specific, advanced skills and techniques (and practice!)

This 2-day training covers: a model and theories relevant to facilitation, skill building for procedural and psychological satisfaction, problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making.

Exercises, simulations and coaching provide participants practice so facilitation becomes integrated into their leadership repertoire.

Leave with improved skills, tools and techniques to use in your next conference, phone call or meeting.

Take away materials and ideas about how to train others.

Complete the online course, The Basics: Facilitating IEPs prior to attending this workshop. The course FA1219851 (English) or SP1221588 (Spanish) is offered at no charge in the Region 13 eCampus catalog.
