Strategic Instruction: Question Exploration- Rigorous Review Using Essential Questions
Learn how you can use Strategic Instruction to ensure all students learn and are engaged in the learning. By thinking about the impact of your teaching, you will understand learning through the eyes of the student. The Region 13 specialists on the Strategic Instruction team create presentations and learning opportunities for teachers to plan strategic instruction designed to maximize their impact on learning.
Question Exploration: Rigorous Review Using Essential Questions
The Question Exploration Routine shows students how to unpack and organize their learning so they can start giving better answers. You'll learn how to review students' prior knowledge appropriately, helping them assess and understand the information they've learned in the past and apply it in the present.
Students who use this routine get excited once they recognize how much they already know!
Participants will receive an instructor's guidebook and all materials necessary for implementation in the classroom.
