OnRamp to TIL: Leading Change

In this session, TIL cohort members will:

1. Unpack a model for managing complex change
2. Learn how to use the model to navigate complex organizational change
3. Begin the process of creating an action plan for leading and managing change
4. Frame a message for stakeholders to share the vision for Texas Instructional Leadership implementation.

This is the first of multiple series to provide context and tools for leaders to navigate the complexities of change, ensure a learning environment that cultivates a culture of error and growth, and adjust/develop the systems that set the stage for a successful TIL engagement.
