Introduction to Evidence Based Practices

Identifying and using effective practices with learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is "best practice". Participants will leave knowing what an evidence-based intervention is and how to locate resources related to evidence-based practices.

  • Define evidence-based practices (EBPs)
  • Identify resources for EBPs
  • Review the role of the teacher in selecting and implementing EBPs with fidelity in educational settings
