Data-Driven Instruction for Principal supervisors is an interactive course designed for principal supervisors who are supporting the campus implementation of DDI. During this session, participants will engage in hands-on activities and protocols to provide aligned coaching to the principals around Data-Driven Instruction practices.
Session Objectives:
1. Unpack tools and resources for DDI coaching and support.
2. Practice reviewing a coaching plan and conversation to identify affriming and adjusting feedback.
3. Plan and practice a coaching conversation to support principals.
4. Discuss enabling systems for coaching of principals.
5. Plan and calendar onsite support and coaching visits for the upcoming school year.
