CNP: Managing Food Allergies in School Nutrition
This course will address topics as they relate to managing food allergies in school nutrition programs, and will include developing a food allergy management plan, creating strategies for managing food allergies and intolerances in the school environment, determining ways to work with suppliers to purchase foods that meet the needs of students with allergies, and reviewing laws essential to accommodating students with food allergies.
