PBIS Awareness 2016-2017
The Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) Awareness session is to give information about the PBIS process and how Region 13 can support your campus or district with implementation.
Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Initiative is an evidence-based practice for putting systems in place that support positive academic and behavioral outcomes on your campus. PBIS is a decision making framework for a campus based team that guides selection, integration, and implementation of the best research based practices and interventions for improving outcomes for ALL students. The Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports Initiative is founded on a three-tiered model and addresses school-wide systems, classroom management, and individual student supports.
