Scoliosis Certification
All school aged children in grades 6 and 9 attending public and private schools are required by law to be screened for spinal curvature. This training provides certification for non-health related practitioners and health practitioners. Certificates will be issued to all participants who successfully complete the Texas Department of State Health Services approved spinal screening program.
Certification is good for period of 5 calendar years.The continuing education (CE) credits do NOT apply for nursing credit. Note: There must be a minimum of 5 participants registered for the workshop to occur. If you have registered for the workshop and will not be able to attend please be courteous and cancel your registration. There is a possibility we might have a wait list and you canceling your registration will allow someone else to attend the workshop.
