Transition Network 2016-17
The purpose of the Transition Leadership Network is to provide a system of communication and collaboration to the districts and charter schools in Region 13. Federal and State updates and training opportunities will be provided through the Transition Listserv and face to face meetings.
The Transition & Employment Services Designee for each district is encouraged to attend these meetings. The list of designees for each district in Texas is available on the Legal Framework website.
T-PESS Indicators:
- 1C: The principal monitors multiple forms of student data to inform instruction and intervention decisions to maximize student achievement
- 3C: The principal communicates with all audiences and develops productive relationships
- 5D: Policy Implementation and Advocacy - The principal collaborates with district staff to implement district policies and advocates for the needs of district students and staff
