PEIMS - Fall and Mid-Year PEIMS Records
The ESC PEIMS Team will present information on each of the records to be submitted in the Fall PEIMS process and in the Mid-Year PEIMS process. Student records include demographic, identification, enrollment, CTE, special education, and leaver data. Staff records include demographic, identification, payroll summary and accounting, contracted instructional staff, and staff responsibility data. Finance Budget data is also reported and will be discussed. Mid-Year PEIMS records (Finance Actuals) will also be discussed as needed. Although each of the data elements on these records will be discussed, there will be no detailed discussion of the special programs involved.
