This workshop will cover training for Elementary Grade Reporting Application Information for new TxEIS data entry users.
Campus staff members with less than 3 years of experience and who have the responsibility of maintaining information on elementary school students’ grades will want/need to attend this session. Elementary grade reporting encompasses not only setting up campus options such as grade ranges, computation, honor roll, and posting information that apply only to the specific campus, but also assigning courses to students, posting grades, performing grade averaging, and transferring students from one course section to another. The hands-on instruction for these critical components of day-to-day school business will enable the participants to learn/hone their skills once the first school bell rings.
